Do I need detailed drawings before making contact?

No. Photographs, approximate dimensions, the property location and a short description are enough to begin many residential enquiries. Drawings become more important as the project develops.

Can I upload architectural drawings and schedules?

Yes. The enquiry form accepts drawings, schedules, photographs and specification documents. Larger files may need to be shared through a secure file-transfer service.

Do you supply projects outside Yorkshire?

Farrar manufactures in Yorkshire and can discuss nationwide supply. Delivery, access and installation requirements should be confirmed during quotation.

Can you help with listed buildings and conservation areas?

Bespoke profiles and traditional details can be developed for sensitive properties. Planning and conservation approval remains subject to the requirements of the relevant authority.

Can trade customers request supply-only quotations?

Yes. Select the trade route above and include the product schedule, drawings, quantities, delivery postcode and required timescale where available.

What happens after the enquiry is submitted?

The team reviews the project information, identifies any missing details and contacts the customer to confirm the most appropriate next step. Farrar aims to respond within two working days.
